Use Formfex from your AI assistant
Formfex has an MCP server, so the assistant you already use can create forms, read responses and answer questions about your data on your behalf.

Which assistants
The connection wizard in your Formfex account has ready-made setup for Claude Code, the Claude apps, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot in VS Code and Gemini CLI. Other MCP clients can connect with the same key.
What an assistant can do
- Smart Forms: create, update, test with a simulation, publish, restrict to an email list and close forms
- Smart Analytics: list and read responses, export them, read analytics and generate reports
- AI Chat: ask a form's data a question in plain language
- Answer a published form as a respondent; those responses are marked as Agent in your analytics
How to connect
Open the connection setup in your Formfex account, choose your assistant, create a key and paste the snippet the wizard shows. The wizard confirms when the connection works. MCP is available on every plan and uses your account's own credits and limits.
Good first prompts
- "Create a Formfex smart form to find out why trial users don't convert, in a friendly tone, with at most eight questions. Run a simulation and show me the questions."
- "Summarise this week's responses to my churn form and list anything marked urgent."
- "Export the responses to my event feedback form."
Keep your key safe
A key acts as your account. Store it in the client's secret settings rather than in shared files, and delete it in your account if it is exposed.
