How do private forms work?

Private forms require respondents to verify their email with a one-time code before they can see or submit the form. Only whitelisted email addresses receive the verification code.

Can someone submit a private form more than once?

No. Each email address on the whitelist can only submit one response. After submitting, the same email cannot access the form again.

Can I set an expiration date?

Yes. You can set an expiry date in the form publish settings. The form automatically stops accepting responses after the expiration date.
