Structured data from conversations
Every conversation is different, but the data you get back shouldn't be. Here is how Formfex turns interviews into fields you can count, filter and export.

The problem with transcripts
A transcript is easy to read one at a time and hard to use at scale. To answer "how many customers left because of reporting?" someone has to read every transcript and tag it.
Declare what you need
In Formfex you declare up to ten items of Required information, as short labels such as "Main reason" or "Company size". Every interview asks for each item once, in its own words and at a natural point in the conversation, and never re-asks what it already knows.
The interview keeps at least two questions for open conversation, so declaring fields doesn't turn it back into a static form.
What comes back
Each completed response includes:
- The declared items as fields
- The full question-and-answer transcript
- A short analysis: main subject, positive points, negative points, urgent issues and insights
Using the data
Export completed responses as CSV or Excel, one row per response and one column per field. Smart Analytics summarises patterns across responses inside Formfex, and AI Chat answers questions about them in plain language, showing which responses it used.
